| | Directions | | Grease and flour Bundt pan. Put pecans in bottom of pan. Mix the cake ingredients well and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes. Test with toothpick. Glaze: Mix and boil glaze ingredients until it coats a spoon (short time). Pour over cake as soon as it comes from the oven. Let soak in pan until it is cooled. Turn out on a cake plate. (This cake can also be made in a 9" x 13" pan and the nuts sprinkled on top.) |
