Heat water and stick of butter to a boil. remove from heat, add flour, stir. Add eggs 1 at a time, beat. Put in greased 9x12 pan. Bake at 350° for 35 min.
Mix 3 Sm. pkgs of pudding with milk. Beat cream cheese and mix in pudding. Place on cooled crust. Top with cool whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
