- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- In a shallow bowl, beat eggs.
- In a separate shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper; mix well.
- Dip each pork chop in the egg and then in the cracker mixture. Place the pork chops in a casserole dish. Place chunks of the butter on top of each pork chop.
- Cover and bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes so the coating gets crunchy.
