- Press each tortilla into a 10 ounce custard cup. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes or till crisp. Let cool.
- Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the sausage slices and saute, stirring till nicely browned.
- Place in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the sausage mixture evenly among the tortilla cups.
- Garnish and serve.
