- Brown sausage in a little olive oil.
- Allow to cool.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, break and beat the eggs add the cheeses, and then drain and add the sausage meat, thaw the spinach and squeeze all the water out.
- Mix everything together and pour into pie shell.
- Bake on the bottom rack for about 45 minutes then check for doneness.
- When it is done, a toothpick will come out clean.
- If it starts to brown too quickly, then cover with foil loosely till done.
