| | Directions |
- Saute ginger garlic paste in the margarine.
- Add the chopped onions and corn and saute for two minutes.
- Add in the green peppers and continue to saute until the onions are translucent.
- In another pan, brown the sausage with the sugar.
- Add the sausage into the onion, pepper and corn mixture.
- Add the tomato sauce and salt.
- Top with grated cheese and cilantro.
- Serve hot.
