- In frying pan, cook sausage meat for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
- In a small crock pot heat the cream cheese on high setting until soft.
- Once you can stir the cream cheese, add sausage and can of Ro-Tel.
- Mix thoroughly and serve with scoops or other tortilla chips.
