Preheat oven to 350°. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

Combine milk,eggs,brown sugar,vanilla,salt,nutmeg & cinnamon in medium bowl. mix well. Cut pinwheels into quarters and add to milk mixture. Add raisins and cranberries to mixture. Let stand 15 min. to soak up liquid. Spoon bread mixture equally into muffin cups. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30-35 min. or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
