| | Directions | - Bamboo shishkabob skewers soaked for at least an hour in water or metal skewers which were kept at room temperature
- Cut slices across sausages diagonally and insert pineapple chunks.
- Insert bamboo skewers through the length of the sausage, piercing the sausage and pineapple chunks.
- Brush BBQ sauce on skewers.
- Grill for 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
- I also like to do this with apricot chunks.
- You can even use slices of peppers/onions then remove the skewer and serve on a roll with melted mozzarella cheese.
