Directions

Cream together sugar, oleo and eggs. Then add flour, chocolate syrup and nuts. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

For frosting, mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together in saucepan and boil 1 minute. Then add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Spread on brownies.

-		1 cup Sugar
-		1/2 cup oleo or butter
-		4 eggs
-		1 cup flour
-		1 can Hersheys chocolate syrup (1 lb can)
-		1/2 cup nuts, optional
-		FROSTING:
-		1 1/2 cups sugar
-		2/3 cup milk
-		6 tablespoons butter
-		1 package milk chocolate chips (6 ounce pkg)
