| | Directions |
- Brown sausage with garlic and onion; drain.
- Add beef broth, water, wine, tomatoes, carrots, basil, oregano, and tomato sauce.
- Bring to a boil in large saucepan, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Stir in Zucchini tortellini, parsley, and green pepper. Cover and simmer 35- 40 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese and garlic toast.
Note: Cheese filled tortellini work well for this recipe. |
