- Cook macaroni, drain and cool.
- Add vegetables and mix well.
- Combine condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add this mixture to the macaroni and vegetables.
- Mix thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
