  • Chop apples & soak in lemon juice plus enough water to cover while making dressing.
  • Combine flour, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, and eggs. Cook for a few minutes until it thickens.
  • When cool, add the whipped topping.
  • Cut caramels into bite size pieces.
  • Drain apples well; add peanuts, pineapple, caramels, and dressing.
  • Pour into a serving dish.

-1/2 cup caramels, cut into small pieces
-1 cup peanuts, chopped
-1 can crushed pineapple (20 ounce can)
-2 tablespoons flour
-1 cup sugar
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-1/2 cup pineapple juice
-2 eggs, beaten
-8 ounces whipped topping
