| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1/4 C. condensed milk, butter and next 3 ingredients, batter will be very stiff. Coat bottom of 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Press two-thirds of batter into pan using floured hands, layer will be thin. Bake for 10 minutes. Combine 1/2 C. condensed milk and marshmallow cream in a bowl, stir in chips. Spread cream evenly over brownie layer. Carefully drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over marshmallow mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Makes: 2 dozen. Enjoy! |
