Directions
Mix together oil, both sugars, eggs and pumpkin.

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon; add into creamed mixture. Mix well.

Pour into lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes. Test with a toothpick.

Mix frosting ingredients and frost when completely cooled.

NOTE: Cakes with cream cheese frosting should be refrigerated. We like these bars without frosting also.

-3/4 cup canola oil
-1 cup Sugar
-1 cup Brown Sugar
-4 eggs, beaten
-2 cups pumpkin
-2 cups flour
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-2 teaspoons Baking Soda
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-2 teaspoons cinnamon
- FROSTING:
-3 ounces cream cheese
-1 tablespoon milk
-3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
-2 cups powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon lemon juice or vanilla
