| Directions | In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugars until smooth. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the quick oats and raisins. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350° oven. Icing: Mix sugar, milk and vanilla and drizzle over cookies. |
