| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 325°. Line a 8x8x2-inch baking pan with foil. Lightly coat foil with cooking spray, set aside. In a large bowl, combine granola, oats, flour, mixed nuts and raisins. In a small bowl, combine egg, dark brown sugar, oil, honey and cinnamon. Add to granola mixture and stir until combined. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Using foil, lift cookies from pan. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars. |
