Directions
  • Brown hamburger, onion in skillet, drain.
  • In casserole dish, combine squash, tomatoes and hamburger. Mix well.
  • Microwave for 10-15 min or until squash is tender. Add cheese last few min to melt.
  • Works well in crock-pot too.

-1 pound ground beef
-1/2 onion, chopped
-1 squash, yellow or zucchini
-1 can stewed tomatoes Italian style
-1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)
