| | Directions | | In large bowl combine all cookie ingredients, beat slow for 2 to 3 minutes. Divide dough in half and roll into 8" x 1" roll, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. With sharp knife cut roll into 1/4" thick slices. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 8 to 12 minutes. Cookies will not brown. Cool and frost. |
