| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Boil chicken breasts with salt and 2 tablespoons of butter. Simmer for an hour.
- Remove chicken, save broth.
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and lay them in a rectangular baking dish.
- Mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream and 1 cup of reserved broth; pour over chicken. Melt remaining butter in microwave.
- Add 3 packets of crumbled Ritz crackers and poppy seeds to it. Mix and spread over chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Note: the Garlic flavored Ritz crackers are very good with this. |
