| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat both sugars and butter in large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Gradually add the flour mixture. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 12 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute, remove to wire rack and cool completely. Makes about 4 doz. |
