| | Directions | | In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated. Place mixture into a 13 x 9 inch pan (sprayed with cooking spray). Cool. Place chocolate chips in a glass dish and melt in microwave until creamy. Spread chocolate over Rice Krispie treats. For even more flavor, place the butterscotch chips into the same glass dish and melt; spread over chocolate layer. Cut into bars. |
