Mix butter, sugar and cocoa. Stir in eggs; add flour, salt and vanilla. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into greased 1 in. deep cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 min. or until done. Cover with 1 lb. marshmallows. Bake 3 additional min.
Frosting:
Mix ingredients together and spread over baked brownies.
