-1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10 3/4-ounce can)
-1 can condensed chicken noodle soup (10 3/4-ounce can)
-1/4 cup flour
-1 can chunk white chicken, drained (10-ounce can)
-1 can chow mien noodles (5-ounce can)
