| | Directions | - In a mixing bowl, combine the soup, evaporated milk, and barbecue sauce.
- In buttered baking dish, place 1/3 of the potato slices; then top with 1/3 of the sauce. Keep layering until all of the ingredients are used.
- Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake in a 375ºF for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Note: You can also cook the dish in the microwave. Cook for 30 minutes on the high setting. |
