| Directions | Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together dry ingredients. In blender, puree cottage cheese. Add egg whites and vanilla; pulse until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into 8 inch square pan sprayed with a nonstick spray. Bake 20-25 minutes or just till set. |
