- Combine cake mix, eggs, and butter. Mix and spread w/greased hands on a well greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes; allow to cool completely.
- Cream together cream cheese, Cool Whip, and sugar until smooth; spread on cooled crust.
- Combine first 4 topping ingredients in saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved.
- Mix sliced strawberries in Jello mixture or arrange them on cream cheese.
- Pour Jello mixture over cream cheese layer; chill 3 hours.
