| Directions | In Microwave safe bowl, combine the sugar and corn syrup and microwave for 4 minutes. Stir in peanuts and microwave for 3-5 minutes until light brown. Add butter and vanilla to syrup and blend well. Microwave 1-2 minutes. Peanuts will be lightly brown and syrup very hot. Add baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour Mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet or non-buttered, non-stick cookie sheet. Cool and break into pieces. Store in airtight containers. |
