  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Grease a 9x9-inch deep pan.
  • Blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, milk, egg, and vanilla; then fold in the blueberries. Pour this batter into the baking pan.
  • Mix together all of the ingredients for the crumb topping. Spoon the topping over the batter.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes.

-2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- CRUMB TOPPING:
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1/3 cup flour
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
-1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
