  • Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in plastic bag. Add the beef in small batches. Shake to coat the beef.
  • Sauté the beef in oil over medium-high heat.
  • Place the beef in the slow cooker. Stir in the mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
  • Cover and cook on the low heat setting for 6-8 hours. Stir in the sour cream and heat for a few minutes prior to serving. Serve over noodles or potatoes.
