- In a saucepan, heat the sugar and corn syrup until boiling; then add the peanut butter and reduce the heat. Stir until well blended.
- Pour over the corn flakes. Coat the cereal well; then press into a 9x13-inch pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips (on the stovetop or in the microwave) and spread over the peanut butter and corn flakes layer.
- Chill for 20-25 minutes; then cut into squares and serve.
