 | | Directions | - In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
- In a separate bowl, blend the flour, baking soda and salt; then add this dry mixture to the creamed mixture and mix well.
- Add the oatmeal and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Bake at 325° F. for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the cookies on wire racks.
