| | Directions | - In a large bowl, mix the sour cream and baking soda.
- Add the sugar, eggs, and sour milk and mix well.
- Combine the baking powder and flour, and then gradually add it to the mixture to form a soft dough.
- Make small figure eights with dough; then place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes at 350ºF.
- Cool on wire racks.
Note: The cookies shouldn't be brown on the top when they are done. |
