| | Directions | CRUST:
- Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine the flour, butter, and sugar in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the pecans.
- Press crust mixture evenly onto bottom of ungreased 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 18 - 22 minutes or until edges are very light golden brown.
FILLING:
- In a small bowl, combine all the filling ingredients (except the pecans); mix well.
- Stir in the pecans. Spread evenly over the hot partially baked crust.
- Bake again at 350ºF for 30 to 35 minutes or until the filling is set and a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
- Cool; then cut into bars. Yield: 48 bars.
