|Place chocolate and butter in 1 quart bowl and microwave approximately 1 minute until butter is melted and hot, but chocolate is not quite all-the-way melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. |
Add sugar, Splenda and egg and beat by hand until well blended. Add flour and mix until blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for ONLY 3-4 minutes.
Remove to paper towel to cool.
NOTE: Cookies will not look completely cooked. However, they will be very dry if cooked any longer.
