| Directions | - Put sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter until it is melted.
- Pour the mixture over the Cheerios and coat well.
- Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Let cool and cut into bars.
