| | Directions | - Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Use a teaspoon or tablespoon to drop some of the dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Make sure to leave plenty of space between the cookies for expansion while baking.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a 350ºF oven.
- Cool on the cookie sheet for several minutes; then transfer to a wire rack to complete the cooling before serving.
