| | Directions | | Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until butter is melted. Butter and flour a large cookie sheet. Place 5-6 teaspoon-sized cookies on the cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes at 350° or until the outside edge is caramel color and the inside is bubbly. Be careful not to get too brown. Remove from the oven and let cool one minute. Roll each cookie over the handle of a wooden spoon then slide off. Let cool completely. |
