| Directions |
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream the butter, oil, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Gradually stir in the sifted ingredients until well blended; mix in the oats, Craisins and chips.
- Drop a small scoopful onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Let set up on the cookie sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
