- Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture along with the zucchini.
- Bake at 325° F for 40 minutes in a 9 X 13 pan.
- For the frosting cream together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread on the cooled cake.
