| Directions | Cut the cookie dough one inch thick and then into quarters. Place in miniature muffin pans and bake for approximately 8 minutes at 350°. While they are cooking, remove wrap from the candy. Immediately after taking out of the oven, press one of the peanut butter cups through the top of each cookie. This will make a shell around the peanut butter cup. Makes approximately 40 cookies |
