- Prepare cake mix according to directions except use strawberry pop for liquid and add 2 extra egg whites.
- Bake as required.
- Prepare gelatin in boiling water.
- When it is syrupy, add strawberries.
- As the mixture thickens, fold in whipped cream.
- Pour over the cake.
