  • Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix these together to make a paste and spread evenly on the bottom of the cake pan.
  • Stack sliced bread to cover bottom. I use 12 slices of bread, stacked in 2 layers of 6 slices.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Pour over the bread.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered. Then, bake for 10 minutes uncovered.
