| | Directions | | In microwave safe bowl stir peanuts, sugar, syrup, and salt. Cook 8 minutes on medium high. Stir and put in microwave for 4 minutes on medium high. Stir in butter and vanilla and put in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and quickly stir until light and foamy. Pour into greased pan. When cooled break into pieces. |
