  • Using a glass baking dish (9 x 13) greased, sprinkle cheese on bottom and dot with butter.
  • Using a glass mixing bowl, mix half and half, salt, pepper and mustard.
  • Pour half of the mixture over the cheese and butter.
  • Pour slightly beaten eggs and bacon over cheese/butter and half and half mixture.
  • Then pour the rest of the half and half mixture over the eggs and bacon.
  • Bake at 325° F for 40 minutes or until browned.

Cook Time: 40 minutes
-2 cups Velveeta Cheese - cubed
-1/4 cup butter
-1 cup half-n-half
-12 eggs - slightly beaten
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-2 teaspoons dry mustard
-1/2 pound bacon - cooked and crumbled
