Directions

Boil sugar, Milnot and butter for 5 minutes. Add chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Mix completely. Place in greased 9 x 12 pan.

-		4 1/2 cups sugar
-		1/4 pound Butter
-		7 ounces marshmallow cream.
-		1 cup chopped nuts
-		1 can Milnot (large can)
-		12 ounces chocolate chips
-		1 teaspoon vanilla
