Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Use 1 package of rolls to line the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Mix (with a mixer) cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar.
  • Add vanilla and the egg yolk.
  • Spread on top of the rolls.
  • Place the second package of rolls on top.
  • Brush with the beaten egg white.
  • Mix cinnamon and remaining sugar.
  • Sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.

-1 1/4 cups Sugar
-1 teaspoon Vanilla
-1 Egg (separated)
-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
