| Directions | Heat sugar, Karo syrup, and hot water. Add peanuts, boil for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Take off heat and immediately add salt and baking soda. Stir and turn onto a buttered cooking sheet. Pull brittle into thin strips using a fork. Let harden and break in to small pieces. |
