- Mix all ingredients together except the pretzels.
- Put pretzels in a large roaster.
- Pour liquid over pretzels and stir to coat.
- Bake at 200° F for 1 1/2 hours stirring ever 15 minutes.
- For the mustard dip, mix dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl, then stir in liquid ingredients.
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper to taste.
- Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
