| | Directions | | Mix milk, corn syrup, sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan. Cook and stir constantly until 230° on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla. Dip apples and place on a buttered and sugared cookie sheet. Makes around 7-9 apples. |
